My name is Sankalp Shangari. I spent the first half of my career in banking with some of largest European and American banks and the last decade navigating minefields in crypto.
This is my attempt to share all my knowledge and wisdom gained in macro and crypto in the last 10 years. If you're new, be sure to explore the educational articles I've written. Hope I can make a positive dent in your lives.
I will continue to update this page as we go. Perfection never comes in life and I don't intend to chase that. But here is a basic mental model I’m going to follow:
Current Macro Narratives - Everything begins with understanding where are we in the cycle. FED, DXY, economic data, EUR, YEN, yields etc
Macro vs Risk Assets - How does macro shape risk assets - stocks, crypto etc
BTC & Majors - What does it look like for BTC, ETH, SOL - flows, OI, vols, narratives vs other majors etc
Altcoin Betas & Narratives - Middle of the curve and what looks best with conviction each week
Shitcoins, memecoins, Lala Land - sometimes the riskiest assets can give max returns (key word being sometimes)
Most interesting stuff of the week- Share the most interesting tweets or articles of the week.
